Integritetspolicy

Denna policy beskriver vilken information DataVin kan behandla och hur fragor om personuppgifter kan stallas.

1. General provisions

This privacy policy defines how information received when using datavin.info and related DataVin services is processed.

The data operator is sole proprietor Mikhail Yuryevich Koshensky, Kyrgyz Republic, TIN 23011197940035, OKPO 35017178, registration number 004-2026-169-2066, address: 163 Moskovskaya St., apt. 8, Pervomaisky district, Bishkek, e-mail: info@datavin.info, phone: +996 500 014 335.

2. What data may be processed

DataVin collects and processes the minimum data necessary to provide services. The service is designed to avoid storing personal data whenever possible.

  • vehicle identifiers (VIN, registration number, body number, engine number) — provided by the user for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order; they are not stored after the service result is delivered unless the user chooses to retain order history
  • email address — used for account registration, order notifications and support communication
  • messenger identifiers (Telegram ID, MAX ID, VK ID) — used to deliver results and communicate with the user
  • payment metadata — transaction status and payment identifier received from the payment provider; full bank card details are never stored on DataVin servers
  • technical data (IP address, cookies, user-agent) — for security and analytics purposes
  • anonymous analytics — aggregated statistics without personal identifiers

3. Purposes of processing

  • registration, authentication and cabinet or bot operations
  • accepting, executing and supporting orders
  • contacting the user about payments, delivery, refunds and quality issues
  • fraud prevention, abuse prevention and technical security
  • analytics, logs and interface improvements
  • compliance with applicable law and protection of legitimate operator interests

4. Legal basis

The basis for processing is the user's use of the service, placing an order, sending a request, voluntary submission of data through website forms or messengers, as well as the need to perform the offer and protect the operator's legitimate interests in service stability and security.

The operator is registered as a personal data operator in the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with applicable law.

Data processing is limited to what is necessary for the specific service requested. No data is processed for purposes incompatible with those stated in this policy.

5. Data sharing

Data may be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for service operation and order fulfillment.

  • payment providers and banks for payments and refunds
  • hosting providers, technical contractors and message-delivery services
  • external vehicle-data suppliers and partners when needed for a specific order
  • state authorities and other authorized persons where required by law or for protection of operator rights

6. Payment information

Payments are processed on the side of payment providers. Full bank-card details are not stored on the datavin.info server unless this is explicitly handled by a payment partner outside the operator's control.

7. Storage periods

Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil the order or as required by applicable law.

VIN and email are retained while the user account is active. Order history is kept for service continuity, support and accounting purposes.

Technical logs and statistics may be stored longer when necessary for incident analysis, abuse prevention or mandatory compliance.

Users may request deletion of their data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Data protection

The operator uses reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from loss, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. Users understand that internet and messenger communication cannot guarantee absolute security.

All data transmission between the user and the service is encrypted using TLS. Access to stored data is restricted and logged.

9. User rights

Users may request clarification, update or deletion of their data to the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with the operator's need to handle obligations, disputes, refunds and anti-abuse controls.

Questions related to data processing may be sent to info@datavin.info or raised by phone at +996 500 014 335.

10. Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies, technical identifiers, event logs and analytics tools for interface stability, session continuity, traffic-source assessment and service improvement. Users may limit cookies in browser settings, though some functions may stop working correctly.

11. Policy changes

The operator may update this policy. A new version takes effect once published on the website unless it states otherwise.
