Dealer history is an export from the official dealer database: visit dates, mileage at each service, work performed, part numbers. It reveals odometer rollback and hidden accidents. Some of our data providers offer public APIs for pre-checking whether records exist for your VIN in their databases. For your convenience, DataVin automatically queries these sources and displays the result right on the report card — so you know if data is available before paying. For all other reports, a manual request is required: you place the order, an operator processes it, and if no data is found, the amount is refunded to your cabinet balance. To get a refund to your card, simply message the operator — they will guide you through the process.
